TERMS & CONDITIONS
Most of our designs are on hand and ready for delivery which can be made same to next day in Jamaica. If you are outside of Jamaica shipping takes 3-10 business days, once funds are verified and available to us.
Business days are defined as “Monday-Friday” and do not include holidays and weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 12 pm (Eastern Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. A confirmation email will be sent to customers once the order has been dispatched.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Jamaica)
Kingston, St. Andrew & St. Catherine deliveries are done by local bearers. This service will attract a minimal fee which will be added to your total.
Rural deliveries are done by courier services and/or mail services. Payment for out of town deliveries in Jamaica and otherwise are accepted via Scotia Bank, Sagicor, NCB, First Caribbean and Zelle
Domestic Delivery Options Include:
-Jamaica Post (Post Office) $400
-Knutsford Couriers $650 (Please pay courier fee upon collecting)
-Local Bearer (Cost varies and specified upon checkout)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International packages are shipped using DHL. Tracking information will be provided after packages are posted. Packages should arrive within 3-10 business days following postage and will require a signature upon delivery.
LIABILITY
We pride ourselves on quality products and service, as such we make every effort to provide each customer with the best at every level. By The Cabana will not accept liability for delays, losses or damages during shipping. If there is an occurrence of delay, loss or damage DHL may be contacted directly for inquiries and possible redress.

RETURNS
By The Cabana prides quality hence we invest time and effort in putting out the best.
Refunds and Exchanges are decided on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please send us photos (within 48 hours) of receipt
1.) the damaged item in the original shipping package
2.) several visible photos of the item including the damaged portion
Exchanges can only be done on ready-made items (not on customized orders) that are unworn/undamaged and in the same condition as received. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase when sending the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunds.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned item.
To report a defect due to production, please notify us within 48 hours with photos and a detailed description of the defect. Once your request is accepted, we can start the process to arrange the exchange.

RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
We will not accept responsibility for incorrect delivery information provided at checkout and cannot change the address after the order has shipped out from our location.
If any package gets returned to us by the carrier, a reshipping fee will be required in order for us to reship the package. This applies for any of the following:
* Packages that the carrier was unable to deliver due to insufficient address
* Customer missed delivery attempts
* Customer failed to pick up package from DHL, Knutsford access point or post office after delivery was missed.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES
If ordering from outside the USA, orders may be subject to customs and import duties. By The Cabana has no control over these charges and we are not able to tell if there will be a charge or what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties differ country to country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer. We do not reimburse international duties and/or taxes.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for more information regarding international duties and taxes.
